If you want to get a lady’s private contact information, there are two ways to do it, described below*.

1) Open at least 15 paid messages from her (free messages don’t count). This is the preferred method because it allows you to get an idea of what the woman is like and whether it would make sense to continue the relationship. After opening the 15th message, you can go to the lady’s profile and click the “Send contact info request” link that will have appeared there, or contact us and have one of our representatives submit the request. You will receive the contact information within 2-3 days after the request has been submitted. If the lady refuses to disclose her contact details to you, you can either have the credits you spent on her letters returned to your account, or keep corresponding with her through the website at 1 credit per letter.

2) Open at least one paid message from the lady and pay a non-refundable administrative fee of 50 credits. We will then contact her and ask for her permission to give her contact information to you. This is a quicker way to get in touch with a woman directly, but also less advisable, because you do not know her so well, not having exchanged a lot of letters, and if she refuses, you will lose 50 credits.

It is also possible to travel to Russia/Ukraine and meet a lady in person through her local dating agency without obtaining her contact details in advance. This is a service that costs $70.
